The Exorcist III is one of my all-time favorite horror movies. William Friedkin’s first Exorcist film is rightly hailed as a classic and I propose the same respect be paid to William Peter Blatty’s followup adapted from his novel Legion.

Yeah, I prefer the third exorcist over the first one. I get it, that might be a little sacrilegious to some film and horror fans, but I can’t help the way I feel.
The first Exorcist film is excellent and rightly hailed as a classic, but I love the Exorcist 3 AKA Legion even more and I think it should be held in the same reverence as the first film.
